Please note: all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number. You can request an RMA number by contacting the customer service department. In order to be eligible for a return, the item/s must be new and the packaging unopened. The item/s must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return labels are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns/exchanges due to manufacturing defect and / or the wrong item(s) was received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon inspection after receiving your item, we reserve the right to reject the return/exchange due to but not limited to :
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item worn, has abnormal smell or marks, ex. cigarette smell, food stains, etc.
- Any item with the original tags removed.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 business day.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to an error on our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please contact us email@example.com for further shipping instructions. Please do not send the item back to the sender address. We will provide the proper address for our return center when you contact us. We will not be able to offer exchanges or refunds if items are sent back to the sender address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible if packages do not arrive to us.
Note: should you ship an item to a freight forwarder, we will not warranty any products for damages.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Orders can take between 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process and ship. Orders may include multiple packages and can arrive at different times within the delivery window. We are unable to relay delivery instructions to the carrier.
